OUR BOOKING INFO

Just in case you had any questions before booking in, we've got you covered!

CHOOSING AN ARTIST - 

Once you're ready to get booked in with you're chosen artist please be sure to send over every bit of helpful information you can in plenty of time before the day. Including location of the tattoo, style, colour or black and grey, rough sizing, any ideas you do or don't like, also include reference photo's showing what you do and don't like. This helps us further understand exactly what you're looking to get tattooed and get the perfect design ready! Also this will help prevent being sent away on the day due to design changes being to much and needing more time etc which will result in a deposit being VOID. We don't want that as much as you and we're excited to create you're new piece of art.


CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING - 

unfortunately we are self employed so no work means no pay so we have to run a strict policy to try and keep things running smoothly for us all. If for any reason you wish to cancel or reschedule you're booking with any of us we ask if you can let us know at least 72 hours (3 days) before you're booking. This is purely to allow us some time to then fill that booking space with another appointment. Failing to do this will unfortunately result in your booking fee (deposit) being VOID and you will need to then pay a new one to be rebooked.

BOOKING FEE'S (DEPOSITS) -

When you are ready to get booked in with the Artists you will be required to pay a securing booking fee (deposit) of an amount of their choice. This is in place to secure you're appointment and also to cover the first initial designs that we get ready for you. NO DEPOSIT NO BOOKING!

REFUNDS -

Unfortunately all booking fee's are completely NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. However we are extremely understanding people, things happen out of everyone's control sometimes and we get it! as long as you work with us and let us know of any issues or reasons for cancelling etc within the time frame we ask we can then work with you and transfer you're deposit to a new date. We will only do this on a 3 strike rule however meaning if you need to move an appointment or cancel for a third time we will have no choice but to VOID any deposit paid as we would have then lost 3 other potential appointments earnings.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR -

We are a extremely welcoming and laid back bunch and nobody wants to be in this situation or have to deal with it so just to keep it short. Inappropriate behaviour towards any of us including being rude/nasty in the shop or sending us "???" or rude messages because we haven't replied straight away will not be tolerated at all. You will be ignored, asked to leave the shop etc.
